Log into your NEEWER account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
